'Suits' News & Update: Spin-Off Series A Possibility, Will Focus On Jessica Pearson; Actress Wants To Be With Show "For The Rest Of Her Life?"

"Suits" may get a spin-off series that focuses on Jessica Pearson (Gina Torres). She may have left the firm and went on with her life differently, but this may be a way to look into what her new life is.

According to a report, USA Network is looking into the possibility of a "Suits" spin-off with Jessica Pearson in it. It can be recalled Jessica left the show on Season 6. This was because she needed to start a new life with her ex. However, the reason for Jessica's departure from the series was because of Gina Torres' location. The set for "Suits" is filmed in Toronto while Torres lives in Los Angeles. The spin-off is a possibility but there are no details for the new series as of yet.

Aaron Korsh the show's creator is hinted to be the one to write about the "Suits" spin-off. There has been no comment from the creators of the show yet but Korsh shared that Torres approached him before she left. Korsh shared that Torres wanted to be in the show for the rest of her life if it was shot in Los Angeles.

Torres' family is in Los Angeles and it did not fit them for her to be away all the time. Jessica's character may come back to the show any time since the ending for her was just to go on a different place close to her family. Meanwhile, "Suits" had the latest episode titled "Quid Pro Quo." This is an episode more before the final one. Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) is still struggling to take the bar exam so to save Rachel (Meghan Markle). However, up until this time, the challenges keep hitting Mike especially with being a lawyer.

"Suits" Season 6 is almost to its conclusion. In the meantime, it is worth anticipating how the spin-off will go.
