'Fargo' Season 3 Air Date, News & Update: Ewan McGregor Portrays Dual Roles; Cast Currently Films In Canada
"Fargo" Season 3 is set to return and the series is in production in Canada at this time. The series is set to air on April 19, 2010.
Ewan McGregor will portray two roles in the upcoming season of the series. McGregor will play the roles of Emmit, the Parking Lot King of Minnesota. He also is the one to portray the role of Emmit's younger brother Ray.
Emmit sees himself as an American Success story in "Fargo" Season 3. Ray, on the other hand, has always been living behind his brother's shadows. Ray is a parole officer and their sibling rivalry will then lead the brothers towards murder and mobsters.
Fargo Season 3 is currently filming in Canada and aside from McGregor, there are also stars included in the series. Carrie Coon is local police Chief Gloria Burgle. Nikki is portrayed by Mary Elizabeth Winstead and happens to be Ray's girlfriend.
Additionally, David Thewlis will also star in "Fargo" Season 3 as V.M. Vargas who is described to be a capitalist in the series. It already is hinted that the upcoming season of the series will connect the storyline from the previous seasons.
Meanwhile, it already has been reported that the past two seasons of "Fargo" had been successes. The previous season also hailed the character portrayed by Billy Bob Thornton. This anthology series is set in the Midwest America and tells of the true-crime-tale.
The conflict in the storyline for "Fargo" Season 3 will start from the rivalry of the Stussy brothers. Apart from the already mentioned cast to portray important characters in the series, there are also other who may have roles as the series moves along.
