'Street Fighter 5' News & Update: Kolin To Be Added To The Roster Of Fighters; Who Has The Powers Of Ice?

A new character is set to be introduced in "Street Fighter 5." Kolin is the icy, rekka-style fighter who first appeared in Street Fighter 3.

Kolin is the latest character to be played in "Street Fighter 5." She appeared as a non-playable character in Street Fighter 3. The character is good in Russian martial art of Systema. The style of fight utilizes the opponent's momentum. It also uses several knife tricks and various slash-like attacks.

The new character Kolin has been a servant of Gill in Street Fighter 3. She now can be used as a character that can fight in "Street Fighter 5." Some of the attacks that Kolin is capable of are the inside slash and diamond dust.

The inside slash can counter with the opponent easily. It can easily cover on the incoming moves coming from the opponent. The diamond dust enables Kolin to slam the ground twice with her foot. This way, a path of sharp icicles on the floor shows up.

Kolin's story is about to unfold in Street Fighter 5. The Season 2 pass for the game is set to include Kolin and Akuma. There also will be four more characters to be added in the roster. This season pass is priced at $30.

There may be more that will be added to "Street Fighter 5" in the future. Capcom already noted that the support for the game may last up until 2020.The developers may work more on additional familiar characters to be part of the roster for the game.

 Meanwhile, Kolin's name is pronounced as "Colleen" and she is about to bring in her icy power in "Street Fighter 5." Gill gave her the power of ice and her fighting styles include blasting deadly ice towards her opponents. There will be more developments for the game in the future.

In the meantime, "Street Fighter 5's" Kolin will arrive on Feb. 28.
