'Naruto Shippuden' Episode 489 Latest Spoilers, News & Update: Kakashi Decides To Let Konoha & Fuushin Out Of Prison; A New Arc Begins

Sasuke's story was concluded in "Naruto Shippuden" Episode 488. Sasuke managed to defeat Chino in the previous episode. It is speculated that a new villain will be introduced in Episode 489.

According to a report, Sasuke is the last member of the Uchiha clan. He managed to defeat Chino, who is also the last of the Chinoike clan in "Naruto Shippuden" Episode 488. The battle ended in peace and Sasuke informed Chino that Fuushin is always with her.

After Chino has been defeated, she is brought to Konoha with Fuushin. In Konoha, they are met by Kakashi who then will decide their fate in "Naruto Shippuden." Kakashi then decided to keep the two out of prison and asked them to work for his land instead.

Now that the Sasuke arc is complete, "Naruto Shippuden" Episode 489 then moves on to a different arc. The episode is titled 'A Cloud Drifting in Silent Darkness: The State of Affairs' focuses on Shikamaru this time.

It is hinted that Shikamaru will have a secret assassination mission in "Naruto Shippuden" Episode 489. The Land of Silence is the location and this is where the missing shinobis from other villages go. Shikamaru then does an investigation about this mystery on why the shinobis go to the Land of Silence.

Meanwhile, it already has been reported that Sasuke will talk with Chino and not fight with her in the previous episode of "Naruto Shippuden." However, a fight still happened which ended Chino to be defeated.

There is also going to be a new villain to be introduced in "Naruto Shippuden" Episode 489 according to a report. It is speculated that En Oyashiro will appear in the upcoming episode to attack Konoha. En Oyashiro is Chino's father and there may be a possibility that the two will team up for the attack.
