Nexus phones have been recently in the news about the brand Nexus' ending since it will be renamed as Pixel. It be still known as Nexus or Pixel and fans of the brand will still prefer buying the gadget for their personal use.

There are talks lately about how these phones will have many features to offer to smartphone lovers. Mobile phone lagging is one of the problems that users comp, aun about but this will be addressed by the new Project Fi of Google. Users only need to download the program.

To download just go to its page and order the SIM Card Kit. When the kit is received, insert it on the phone and download the Project Fi application. One should use the app with the sim. Unfortunately, only selected phones are compatible and these are the Nexus 5X, 6P, and 6 having Android 5.1 Lollipop and above.

However, the Android Authority had learned from the posts of various users of Reddit that there are still problems with program. According to the forum discussions, the users of the Nexus phones experienced problems whenever updating their operating systems or OS just like the Nougat.

In the discussion, users having Nexus 6P and even the 5X are experiencing the same problems after Nougat OS is updated. With this, the representative of Google has cleared this issue. Information says that users may contact Google and that the company will send them a renewed unit. However, the extension of warranties for this matter is yet to be confirmed by the company.

Another problem that is being addressed is when a phone freezes. Even the AOSP Issue Tracker of Google seems to be infected with the "freezing" virus. What's bad is that restoring factory settings and clearing data won't help stop the bootloops.
