You Can Play Games With Macbook Pro Touch Bar - Including Classics Like 'Pac-Man' And 'Pong'

The jury is still out on the Macbook Pro. Fans are passionately devoted to its defense, while critics and detractors say all its supposed advantages are just hype. The debate will take a long time to settle, and the result may not be in for months. However, one thing about the Macbook Pro that is gaining excitement is its Touch Bar. More ingenious developers find it friendly and flexible enough to install a light, entertaining apps like the one that teaches someone how to play the piano.

But beyond that is the Touch Bar's resurrection of old, beloved games that had gone up to Video Paradise. Childhood favorites like "Pong," "Pac-Man," and "Doom" among other '90s games are getting a new lease on digital life by coming alive through the Macbook Pro Touch Bar.

TechTimes says 15-year-old Henry Franks reprogrammed the hungry "Pac-Man" into playability. It makes the accuracy of the design more remarkable considering that the young programmer wasn't born yet when Pac-Man was at the height of its popularity. Those who do remember it might feel nostalgic at Pac-Man again eating everything in sight, accompanied by popping and whizzing sounds, This "Pac-Man" is very user-friendly and does not rely on the entire Touch Bar. You only need to use the arrow keys to move it about.

VentureBeat says that German developer Ferdinand Loesch did a sly turn with his design of the clunky but cute "Pong." Put your Macbook Pro into fullscreen and use your fingers to glide along the TouchBar. Pretty soon, you will be wielding simple straight bars on one side to touch, catch, and hit back balls coming to it. "Pong" is very, very simple compared to today's games, and that's putting it mildly. But a few minutes on it can still be relaxing, and sometimes something uncomplicated is just what one needs to chill.
