John Legend Disappointed With Kanye West for Meeting Donald Trump [Tweets]
The famous R&B singer has said he was "disappointed" with Kanye West for meeting Donald Trump. He is a man who has been so "corrosive to the country".
West was John Legend's mentor and they have been very close friends for years. Who also has been a very outspoken supporter of Hilary Clintin He told French media outlet, Clique,
"I don't think it's impossible to talk to him about issues, but I won't be used as a publicity stunt. I think Kanye was a publicity stunt."
He went on to say, "I'm pretty disappointed with Kanye that he says he would have voted for trump. I think Trump has been corrosive, his message has been corrosive to the country."
West met the president-elect on Tuesday morning for a brief meeting at the Trump Tower. This was his first public appearance since he was hospitalized for exhaustion last month in November.
West, on the other hand, tweeted for the first time after nearly two months, on the subject saying,
"I feel it is important to have a direct line of communication with our future President, if we truly want change."

West has been highly criticized by his fans with West's own past rap lyrics for meeting with Donald Trump.

An outspoken critic of Trump, Rapper YG tweeted out a photo of West and Trump with angry emoji's.
Deray Mckesson a "Black Lives Matter' activist slammed Trump for having conversations with black celebrities as opposed to black media and activists.
There was however, one celebrity that showed support for West. The rapper ASAP Ferg went on twitter to say,

E! News claimed that the West's meeting with Trump was "to discuss a potential role for the rapper" and the possibility of West becoming an "ambassador of sorts". The report claims: "Trump is interested in getting West involved in an 'entrepreneurial leadership role.'"
