Online Trolling Is A Big Crime For The Role-Playing Online Video Game, Fable!
One of the online video games was threatened by a young teen who attempted to release original snaps of the game back in 2003. The team was able to trace the online troll and even identified the IP address used. In addition, even more than a decade, the stolen screenshots remains private.
Sam Van Tilburgh confirmed that the Fable team was managing a system which identifies bullying. He mentioned that a group of online trolls threatened to release damaging screenshots of the original Fable game back in 2003. He revealed the system identified the teenager and its threatening actions. As a warning, the Fable team sent an alert to the teen's family regarding on his actions.
On Tuesday evening, Van Tilburgh unveiled that images were published on the Fable's forum. They traced the 16-year-old boy's IP address. The Fable team was able to locate the teen's high school record and the group called Kibitz. This youngster managed to get some screenshots and was never intended to be released for palpable reasons. The Lionhead's legal department informed those apparently involved.
Fable is an action role-playing video game which was developed for Xbox, Microsoft Windows, and Mac OS X platforms. The platforms were developed by a satellite developer of Lionhead Studios, Big Blue Box Studios. The online game was published by Microsoft Studios.
In 2003, the Lionhead was working on the biggest game, Fable. Fable was the top-selling online game of September 2004 and sold more than two million divisions by 2007. 'Fable: The Lost Chapters' was released for the Xbox and Windows in September 2005 which the extended version of the game. The video game was followed by two sequels, Fable II in 2008 and Fable III in 2010. Fable Anniversary was a high-definition restructure of the game that consists of The Lost Chapters and was released for the Xbox 360 in February 2014.
