‘The Blacklist’ Season 4 Spoilers & Promo: What Will Happen In Episode 9? Samar Is The FBI Mole?
The eleventh episode of "The Blacklist" Season 4 will serve as the aftermath of Red (James Spader) admitting that he is Liz's (Megan Boone) real father. It also seems that the upcoming episode titled "Lipet's Seafood Company" refers to a secret operation beneath a seemingly normal food joint.
"Lipet's Seafood Company" is probably about one of those hole-in-the-wall eateries which serve delicious food, according to CarterMatt. On the other hand, NBC's official synopsis for the upcoming "The Blacklist" episode reveals that an investigation "into an international terrorist operating on American soil tests the allegiances of the Task Force."
Meanwhile, things become problematic for Aram (Amir Arison) after his girlfriend hacked into the FBI computer systems. Red "cashes in on a favor" in the midst of it all. What could that favor be? Whatever that is, it's possible that it won't do any good to Red. After all, conniving with a dangerous criminal is a serious matter and it very well could have serious consequences for Red.
Episode eight of "The Blacklist" ended with Red discovering that there's a mole in his team. Clues suggest that the mole is either one of Aram, Samar (Mozhan Marnò), or Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff). There are strong speculations that the mole is Samar, who's originally from Iran, because of her vague backstory.
Samar became a Mossad operative after the government ordered her parents' execution. There are no indications that Samar is tied to any terrorist organizations, but this could mean that she's so good at hiding the traces.

In the preview for the upcoming "The Blacklist" episode, Harold (Harry Lenix) tells the mole that he/she "must quickly decide" where his/her loyalty lies. It appears that only Harold and Red know the identity of the mole in episode nine, though Liz will launch an investigation of her own to find out who's infiltrating the FBI.
Harold and Red, on the other hand, decide to keep the mole's identity as a secret indefinitely. Of course, this will stir exciting drama among the team.
"The Blacklist" Season 4 returns for "Lipet's Seafood Company" on Thursday, Jan. 5 at 10:00 PM ET on NBC. Who do you think is the mole? Do you believe that Red is really Liz's father? Share your thoughts below!
