The US President did close last November 8 but the last victory is on December 19 when the Electoral College convene. There are 538 members of this body that will decide if Donald Trump will be the 45th President of The United States of America.

In the United States, the Electoral College is part of the democratic process to choose the next US President indirectly. This is confusing for other countries but the framework design is to protect the country from foreign intrusion in the process.

US President-Elect Donald Trump only has less to worry but he can never be sure. Although in the US Election history, all elected President on November takes the grand victory after December and will be invested by January 20.

Factors Hinder Donald Trump Becoming President

The Electoral College is the process that can overturn the result of the election. It is possible that those number of representation of a party can decide for Hillary Clinton. IF it so happens, there are two "first" things that will happen in the United States. Hillary Clinton will become the first woman US President, and she will also be the first that the Electoral College favors.

Jill Stein from the Green Party is calling for a recount on three key states. What the result may be could not determine if that will, in fact, change the result of the election but it will show a significant factor that election fraud was committed in the US President election.

The recent CIA report is being weighted by White House when Obama made an order for the intelligence community to review the conduct of the US President Election. "It is the assessment of the intelligence community that Russia's goal here was to favor one candidate over the other, to help Trump get elected," said by a senior CIA officer.
