Heughan was quick to congratulate his "Outlander" Season 3 co-star and rumored girlfriend on Twitter. In the said post, Heughan once again referred to Balfe as his "wifey," which fuelled speculations that he and Balfe were dating in real life.
Balfe thanked Heughan for the greeting and referred to the 36-year-old actor as her "darling." Many fans continue to insist that the "Outlander" Season 3 stars are dating despite the fact that both Heughan and Balfe previously dismissed claims that they are in a romantic relationship.
Meanwhile, Heughan also hyped up fans' anticipation for one of the most iconic scenes in Diana Gabaldon's third book "Voyager," which is Jamie and Claire's reunion via a Twitter post. This most awaited reunion between the time traveling couple will take place in the print shop.
Heughan also offered a glimpse into the print shop scene reunion in "Outlander" Season 3. However, the Scottish actor was joking with fans and posted a video of a cat playing with a printer following the tweet.
It can be recalled that Jamie and Claire decided to part ways in the "Outlander" Season 2 finale in order to save their daughter. In Season 3, Claire finds out that Jamie survived the Battle of Culloden and the two will reunite 20 years after they parted ways.
