Bandai Namco has recently launched the latest "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" raid quest last weekend in EU. Players were given the chance to face the villain Yamcha in this new raid quest. The announcement of the new raid quest also included some information about the rewards that players can get.

Players Will Fight Against Yamcha

For players who were not able to join the "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" raid quest, there is a possibility that this raid quest will also be staged in North America, if it has not been done already. The announcement also mentioned that the players will be going up against Yamcha, a super villain and that every player who participates will get a Hercule badge.

There are also additional rewards that players will get when they accomplish certain tasks in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" raid quest. These include Yamcha's Baseball Uniform Set for 2,000 damage done. In addition, they will obtain 20 TP medals, Kai's Helper Hat and the Universe 6 s for 50,000 damage done. The greatest reward is Turtle School for a player with 100,000 damage done.

If players are able to overcome Yamcha in this "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" raid quest when they are at level 99, they will be rewarded with 50 TP medals. For a team of 6 players who will be able to deal the final blow, they will be rewarded with 100 additional TP medals. There are no details given by the promoter of the quest as to how many players were able to obtain these rewards.

The Possible Reason Why The Raid Quest Was Launched

Some believe that Bandai Namco launched the "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" raid quest to coincide with Yamcha's return to "Dragon Ball Super," the Japanese version. He is slated to return in the anime series soon. Yamcha will not be fighting anyone, but he will be the best baseball player when the Z players go against the team of Champa in a game of baseball. The new story arc will be shown next week.
