Just a few days more before "Pokemon GO" finally release Generation 2 Pokemon and fans just can't wait. The new batch not only brings in new breeds but new evolution choices to Generation 1 Pokemon including for Eevee, Slowpoke, Onyx and more. With so many new Pokemon to get to know, players must also be familiar which Pokemon is likely to make it in the top list.

So this article is all about ranking the possible top 5 strongest Pokemon that every player must catch in the game.

Heracross

Heracross is a bug type Pokemon that is known to scoop up their opponent and hurls it with its huge horns. It's one of the strongest Pokemon considered in previous Nintendo Pokemon games so its very likely it will also rank at the top in "Pokemon GO"

Espeon

Now Espeon is another evolution variation for Eevee in the new generation. In the previous Pokemon games, Eevee can only be evolved to Espeon when the player is evolving during day time. The same procedure is expected to happen in "Pokemon GO" although not confirmed. The opposite of Espeon in generation 2 is Umbreon and it will only be possible to get it when the player is evolving at night.

Donphan

A Donphan is one of the Pokemon that starts with a very cute base Pokemon Phanpy and evolves to a hard vicious Pokemon Donphan. It is known to curl into a ball and charge at its enemy at high speed. It's one of the strongest Pokemon in other versions of the game so it is expected to make it in the top list of "Pokemon GO" as well.

Blissey

Just like Wigglytuff in generation 1, Blissey is also an evolve from a base Pokemon Chansey that is expected to be one of the toughest Pokemon in generation 2. In the anime, this Pokemon is known to bring joy to its owner and the people around it. However, do not be fooled by its cuteness and adorable pink color as it can be dangerous when angered.

Tyranitar

Last but certainly not the least is Tyranitar which is a Pokemon derived from the looks of a Tyrannosaurus Rex. It's almost like the counterpart of Dragonite but looks much more vicious in the game. It is not yet known if this Pokemon will be stronger than Dragonite, Snorlax, or Gyarados but it's possible it will be on the top in "Pokemon GO".
