Exxon Mobil CEO Rex Tillerson is Donald Trump's pick for the Department of State Post. Tillerson's reputation raised questions among politicians as he is known a good friend with Russia's Vladimir Putin.

Exxon Mobil and Russia made a pact that Russia will grant the company access to drill oil in the Russian Artic, provided that in turn OAO Rosneft is able to invest in Rex Tillerson's overseas operation. OAO Rosneft head operation Igor Sechin is a close friend of the Exxon Mobil CEO. Sechin in 1990 worked as an interpreter for then Mayor of Moscow, Vladimir Putin.

Running one of the United States and the world's largest company, Donald Trump sees Rex Tillerson as the best diplomat than a successful businessman. His ties in the global stage are immeasurable and he got the potential of bringing investors in the United States to provide more job for Americans.
Rex Tillerson also got literal issues with Vladimir Putin during the annexation of Crimea which affected much Tillerson's deal in the country. Donald trump said, "He does massive deals in Russia not for himself, but for the company."
