'Justice League' VS 'Avengers': Superman Vs Thor & Batman Vs Captain America, Who Won The Epic Crossover Battle?
The "Avengers" and "Justice League" have one goal in mind, to save the planet earth, but people can't help but wonder who between the two groups is stronger. To speculate is not far out as inside each of the two teams have also featured some earth-shaking battle.
To start the face-off between the "Justice League" and the "Avengers", the origin of the two must be uncovered. "The Avengers" comic was released in the year of 1963 and 49 years after that, the movie hit the box office. The original line-up of Avengers in movies is Iron Man, Captain America, Black Widow, Thor, The Hulk, and Hawkeye. The team though have lots of members which wasn't given many emphasis on the movie like Wasp, Ant-Man, Spider-Man, Black Panther and much more.
For "Justice League" the lineup remains to be Batman (The Dark Knight), Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern, and Aquaman. The comics were released in the year 1960, earlier by three years from "Avengers". Now for the face off, it's not just about the two teams it's about DC vs Marvel.
The face-off was actually granted by both Marvel and DC when they have decided to create a three-issue crossover in 1996 and there are five battles and the result depends on the readers' vote. The battles are between Aquaman vs Namor, Quicksilver vs The Flash, Electra vs Catwoman, Robin vs Jubilee, and the biggest battle Batman against Captain America. From the result of the vote, Marvel seems to have won the battle.
Another crossover between "Justice League" and "Avengers" took place in the year 2003 . Batman and Captain America had a draw, Superman won against Thor, Martian Manhunter vs Vison (draw) and more. At the end, the Cosmic Cube was taken by Batman from the hands of Captain America which declared the "Justice League" as the winner.
Whoever the strongest team is, they have a world of their own. The upcoming "Wonder Woman" and JL movie will be released and the two Avengers movie will soon be coming for the next few years which keeps both Marvel and DC busy.
