Eero's New Powerful Wi-Fi System; A Game Changer! The First Wi-Fi System Using TrueMesh Software Technology
Nowadays, people use the internet more advanced than it was 5 years ago. Throughout people's home, a strong internet connection is demanded. Today's modern world, with technology leveling up every time, a single-router model does don't make any sense at all. Whenever the user is far away from the traditional router, the signal and speed start to loose or slow down. This can cause signal interruptions while using the internet, and much worse, an internet dead zone.
Today, Nick Weaver introduces the new Eero Wi-Fi system that will solve all the Wi-Fi problems across the country. Nick Weaver is the founder and CEO of Eero which he founded in 2014. Eero Wi-Fi system is a three Wi-Fi units that create a single, seamless network.
The system costs $499 for a set of three, a single unit costs $199. For other countries like Australia and the UK, availability is of the said Wi-Fi system is soon to be announced. Eero started shipping units in February 2016 and was considered the first whole home Wi-Fi system on the market.
Each of the three identical Eero units measures 4.75 by 4.75 by 1.34 inches (121 by 121 by 34 mm). Depending on how the units are connected, any of the three units can easily function as a router, an access point, and range extender. The Eero has a top Wi-Fi speed of 887Mbps, which is really fast.
When it comes to setting up the Eero system, it will be entirely done on the Eero mobile app (available on iOS and Android). An internet-connected mobile device is a requirement like a smartphone or a tablet since the system can't be setup using a computer or browser. In addition to that, before the Wi-Fi system is fully usable, users must first register an account with Eero by just simply sending their email and valid phone number.
Users can also extend the area of Wi-Fi coverage by just adding another Eero unit and placing it near the first one, and simply tapping the Add Eero button on the mobile app, and it's done. As of the moment, the USB port of the Eero does not serve any function.
