Watchdogs 2 Update, News: T-Bone Content Bundle DLC Delayed; T-Bone Chaos Event On The Way
It looks like gamers may have to wait a little bit longer till they get the new Watch Dogs 2 DLC, the T-Bone Content Bundle.
Though Ubisoft had originally planned to release the Watch Dogs 2 expansion pack on PlayStation 4 next Tuesday, Dec. 13, PC Gamer reports that the launch date for the new DLC has been moved to a much later date because of additional development resource requirements. Now PS4 gamers have to wait for the popular Watch Dogs sequel to get its new DLC on Dec. 22 while PC gamers have to wait for the T-Bone Content Bundle to arrive next year by Jan. 24.
For those who aren't so sure what's in the new Watch Dogs 2 DLC, the new expansion pack is all about the original Watch Dogs' supporting character , Raymond "T-Bone" Kenney. The Watch Dogs 2 T-Bone Content Bundle brings with it T-bone's outfit, a new customized bulldozer blade school bus, a new co-op challenged called Mayhem and a new enemy archetype. Gamers can get the game with the Watch Dogs 2 season pass for $40, or they can purchase the DLC separately.
To prepare for the release of the upcoming Watch Dogs 2 expansion, Ubisoft has also rolled out a new Watch Dogs 2 update as a follow-up to the Dec. 2 PC Patch, Patch. 1.06.135.3. The new update tries to focus on fixing the EasyAntiCheat integration to give gamers a smoother gameplay on Watch Dogs 2. Of course, the patch also provides gamers with fixes to the games different bugs and crashes, and Ubisoft assures gamers that they're continually investigating the different bug issues in the game.
Aside from the new patch, Ubisoft has also placed in a new Watch Dogs 2 event called the T-Bone Chaos. Free for all Watch Dogs 2 gamers, the event is set to start on Dec. 19 next week and is set to last for four weeks on the game. Each week brings about a new challenge that gamers can take to earn currency and rewards like new skins for cars and new bags for the game's characters.
