Everyone is now curious about Apple's next big move for their iMac 2017 model after Microsoft released their revolutionary unit this year: the Surface Studio. Early predictions say their next release will contain Virtual Reality (VR) compatible features.

Contrary to earlier rumors that iMac 2017 will be released this year, it seems like Apple has decided to develop their product even more that is now slated to be released next year. Apple avid users anticipate the announcement or the launching to happen in March 2017.

Coming from the latest iMac design, the iMac 2017 model might just go around the same power, too, however, it may come with a shocker. Rumors say it will retain its 27-inch size and 5K Retina display. They say it will also carry Macbook Pro's latest revolutionary feature: the OLED Touch Bar. The question is, where will its placement be?

What is constantly talked about right now is the possible VR-Compatible features that are rumored to be integrated with Apple's iMac 2017 model. This will allow the tech giant to compete with PC's VR-related gaming and entertainment programs. But since most games right now only offer 4K resolution, Apple might decide to lower or to make their resolution flexible for gaming display compatibility.

Apple has been constantly criticized for being below the gaming bar than its rival Microsoft. However, 2017 might just be the year for them to up their game. Aside from these rumors, reports also say the Apple is choosing between Intel Xeon, Skylake or Kaby Lake for their Chipset.

However, because of experienced delays with Kaby Lake, the tech giant might go for either Intel Xeon or Skylake for their iMac 2017 model. Intel Xeon has been known for being the processor behind known high-end computers today. Meanwhile, they might also choose the Skylake SOC, the processor Apple used for Macbook Pro 2016.
