iPhone 7 Update: Users Complain About Freezing Issues And Phone App Crashing When Used With Bluetooth Headset
Things are not going well for iPhone 7 as users are recently complaining about freezing issues and the Phone app crashing when it is used with the Bluetooth Headset. Report of the users is read all over the official Support Communities of Apple wherein many are already considering a warranty exchange. Possible solutions have been posted by other users but none has been officially confirmed to work.
According to reports, there are users complaining about their iPhone 7 freezing many times that the owner has no choice but to totally close the app to get it working again while other reports the phone app crashes as users call their contacts using a Bluetooth headset.
Apple is doing their best to address all the issues submitted to their support communities but has not yet issued any official statement about what could be causing the problems that users are experiencing. It looks like this is a really big issue that Apple should look into as another news claim even iPhone 6 users are experiencing some problems.
Some users that have already complained about the issue is already considering to have a warranty change because there seems to be no solution given when he contacted Apple. He says he has already done a soft reset, factory reset, even chatted with the customer service of Apple but it still didn't fix anything. "There is no fix and I am going to have to get a warranty exchange,"
Although there are proposed solution posted online by different users, none of it has been officially confirmed to work so not many are risking it. Included in the proposal is to have the user's carrier company do an official network reset which is a lot of work for something that's not sure to work.
This issue is reported to be a new problem for iPhone 7 units aside from the signal problems many users have complained about earlier.
