Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie will currently take a rest on fighting over custody battle. A temporary custody has been agreed between the ex-couple's children as ordered by the court. All of their six children Shiloh, Maddox, Vivienne, Zahara, Knox, and Pax will continue undergoing individual counseling.

According to E! News, the court have ordered that the ex- Mr. and Mrs. Smith's six children will all remain under Angelina's custody while Brad will have to go through "therapeutic visitation" with the kids and attending therapy sessions every week at the same time. The entertainment news site has also reported that the "Allied" actor also has to go under random drug and alcohol testing, while attending group therapies.

According to reports, the temporary custody agreement has been released after Brad Pitt has been cleared of child abuse accusation filed by Angelina Jolie. The Sun has confirmed that this agreement shall remain as it is until both parties agree to make changes.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has closed the child abuse case concerning Brad Pitt and son Maddox on a private plane, accusing the father of hitting his son. The FBI's investigation revealed Brad is not guilty of doing such to Maddox while on their trip to France. Brad Pitt was cleared after the LA County Department of Children and Family Services also had the same investigation result.

On the other hand, Us Weekly reports that a source told the entertainment news site that Brad Pitt will file to change the agreement. The report also stated that the child visitation agreement did not change and is still the ex-couple's pre-existing agreement on their custody over the six children.

The "Allied" actor has filed for a joint custody over his six children after the child abuse case has been closed. Reports have stated that a divorce attorney claims that the child custody battle between the estranged couple is not different from other divorce cases.
