'Teen Mom OG' News, Updates: Ryan Edwards & Girlfriend Emotional On 'Teen Mom OG' Finale Special Episode

In "Teen Mom OG's" finale special, fans of the reality show witnessed Ryan Edwards and his girlfriend MacKenzie. They were both being interview by Dr. Drew Pinsky and the interview dug deep - hoping to resolve issues from the past.

Ryan Edwards broke out in tears when he was asked by Dr. Drew about his parents. Girlfriend MacKenzie was there beside him and answered Dr. Drew's queries first. "One day, he just woke up and was like, 'I need to apologize to my dad,'" were on of MacKenzie's notable words.

Casts of "Teen Mom OG" shared that in the entire show, Ryan has been a bit distant and "unsympathetic". Some reports claim that this is because of his ex-wife Maci Bookout. Because of his cold attitude, he has been criticized plenty of times. In several past episodes, he was even accused of being influenced by drugs.

Some casts and viewers of the show speculated that drugs may be one of the big reason why he was kicked out of his parents' house. The speculation even bloated when Ryan Edwards admitted in one of "Teen Mom OG" episodes that he had killed several cats which have entered his property.

Going back to Dr. Drew's interview, Ryan was seen emotional when he was asked about his parents. Dr. Drew's first question was, "In your head, did you think to yourself, 'I've just got to be a bigger person here.'" Ryan was then holding back his tears, but Dr. Drew immediately noticed.

"Yeah, I mean I felt bad for mom too, and I didn't want to be mad at dad," Ryan shared while looking at his mom who was just inches away from him. Right now, viewers know what Ryan is bottling up since it showed transparently in "Teen Mom OG" finale special. Dr. Drew Pinsky felt emotional, too, and said "I see you have a real emotion here. It must be very hard for you."
