Finally, an official statement from Naughty Dog about the latest "Uncharted" game has been released. Fans are getting hyped up for its release.

Recently, Naughty Dog - the company responsible for the Crash Bandicoot games, The Last of Us, Jak & Daxter and more - has released its official statement about the "Uncharted: The Lost Legacy". The game has been one of the most anticipated games since Naughty Dog hinted its release.

In the statement, the company said: "We've spent the better part of the last 10 years on a journey with Nathan Drake, but as his story came to a close in Uncharted 4 and we looked ahead to the series' first-ever story DLC, we were faced with an unprecedented question: whose story did we want to tell next? Over the years, we've assembled an incredible cast of characters, but of them all, we kept coming back to one in particular: Chloe Frazer."

That's right, Chloe Frazer will be starring the latest Uncharted adventure game. "As the smooth-talking master thief that debuted in Uncharted 2, Chloe is not only one of our favorite characters, but we know she's a favorite amongst our community. She's also a strong and enigmatic character -in other words, perfect to be our lead protagonist in Uncharted: The Lost Legacy."

The latest Uncharted game will be offered as a stand-alone title, but it can also be purchased as part of the Uncharted 4 season pass. However, fans only have until the 13th of December to purchase the season pass. Fans can also purchase the Digital Deluxe version of the game, this will come with the season pass.

With this purchase, fans can get Uncharted: The Lost Legacy as a downloadable game upon its release. The official description of the game reads:

"In order to recover a fabled ancient Indian artifact and keep it out of the hands of a ruthless war profiteer, Chloe Frazer must enlist the aid of renowned mercenary Nadine Ross (from Uncharted 4: A Thief's End). Together, they'll venture deep into the mountains of India in search of the legendary artifact. Along the way, they'll learn to work together to unearth the mystery of the artifact, fight their way through fierce opposition, and prevent the region from falling into chaos."
