The videogame fans have recently received a treat of having the first look on the upcoming "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinity" videogame. The fans are now more thrilled than ever as they await the announcement on the official release date of the game.

First Look On The Upcoming "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinity" Revealed

During the end of last night's Capcom Cup tournament, the debut footage of "Marvel vs. Capcom" was premiered, a game that is coming soon on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and even on Windows PC. The game is set to be released next year, although the actual date hasn't been confirmed yet. As expected, the game will be composed of both the Marvel and Capcom characters, street fighters to be specific, in a battle with one another. They will be seen battling using the powers of the cosmic Infinity Stones, hence the title name.

The very first gameplay trailer that was shown featured Mega Man X and Ryu in a battle with Iron Man and Captain Marvel, two of the strongest and fans favourite members of the Avengers. They were equipped with Infinity Stones of time and power which they used to fight one another. This has been considered an upgrade from it first entry in battling with Marvel characters, "Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 due to the absence of assisting characters."

Line-Up Will Only Consist Of Marvel Superheroes/Characters From Cinematic Universe

There have been speculations that the line-up of Marvel characters in the upcoming "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinity" would only consist of those that belong in the cinematic universe. Thus, these rumors indicate that the X-Men will not be included as characters in the upcoming videogame. Since the teaser has neither denied nor confirmed this story, there is no way to know for sure around this time, and the users will have to wait for its official release. As time progresses to the date of its release, it is expected that Capcom will reveal more information with regards to the matter.

"Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinity" is set to be released in late 2017 while "Marvel vs. Capcom 3" will arrive on March.
