A group of fishermen caught the surprise of their lives when they hooked a 4-foot blacktip shark off the coast of Bonita Springs, Florida. However, the surprise didn't stop there. As they were reeling the shark in, a giant grouper swallowed the shark in just one gulp.

YouTube video posted by Gimbb14  shows a goliath grouper swallowing a 4-foot shark in one big bite in the waters off Bonita Springs on Florida's Gulf Coast earlier this month. The shark was as big as an adult human.

The fishermen dance around the boat in shock, no doubt wondering what would have happened if one of them had been in the water.

'Woooooooooooooow! Oh my God! Oh my God did he just eat it?' one shouts.

'It just grapped a freakin' ...(shark)!'

Goliath groupers in the Atlantic can grow to about 8 feet long and weigh as 800 pounds, according to the Florida Museum of Natural History.  It's kind of ironic that their predators include sandbar and great hammerhead sharks.

There have been unconfirmed reports of them attacking humans although their preferred diet is other fish and octopuses, sea turtles, sharks and barracudas.
