Being Mariah Carey isn't easy. The diva might not have surprise her fans what her diet is, and neither salad nor fiber foods are not one of them. Proteins rations neither are on her lists. They're not closely what most people called diet foods.
Promoting her Mariah's World TV reality series, she revealed that she needs to be fit and she is only eating Norwegian salmon and capers every single day. The 46-year-old singer assured that she wasn't cracking a joke when she mentioned that Norwegian salmon and carpers make an awesome combination.
In April of this year, Daily Mail Online published that the diva was determined to lose 20 pounds. She has a tremendous strict diet. She hasn't been eating her preferred dishes, such as lean beef, grilled chicken, broiled Chilean Sea Bass and grilled shrimp sprinkled with grilled asparagus.
She hates dieting, yet needs to maintain her hour-glass figure. The pop diva got long lists of her favorites like chicken salad and baked salmon with a little dip of light mayonnaise or mustard. She loves sushi, too.
Carey's new E! Show has eight-part documentary series and focuses on her life on and off stage. The premier episode spins around on the preparations of the singer for her European tour. She has a massive hectic schedule. The series will be playing 27 shows in 25 different countries worldwide. Therefore, she will need a new tour assistant.
Luckily, she got Molly. During her interview with Carey's manager, Stella Bulochnikov, told there are two straightforward rules if she wants. First, Molly is not allowed to date for the first year of the series and no dramas allowed in the Bulochnikov's office.
One of the most awaited featured of the upcoming reality series is when she tries on her wedding dress and the sweet moments she had with her former multi-gaming billionaire fiancé, James Packer, 49. The pair recently publicized they called off their engagement.
