Tyga Sued For $150,000 For Not Paying and Returning the Ferrari 488; True Story Revealed
The American rapper Michael Ray Stevenson also known as Tyga is again sued for another failure to pay the Ferrari which was repossessed twice. Obviously, Tyga is in big trouble again.
The original deal was made around May this year, but since Kylie Jenner's boyfriend wasn't able to make the required installments, Benedict repossessed the car in the 31st of August which Tyga's girl, the American socialite, designer and model Kylie Jenner bought a Bentley Bentayga for him that cost $300,000.
Tyga was able to get the car back after his team has threatened Benedict that they'll take legal action. But then again, he fails to send the pay. The 27-years-old rapper has left no choice for the lessor, Alex Benedict, but to file a case against him. Benedict's side claimed that they were trying to reach out to the rapper's team, but it seems like Tyga has other things more important going on and didn't even bother to settle with Benedict.
The legal counsel of Alex Benedict, Ron Chini, released a statement, "The lawsuit is to recover damages resulting from Tyga's refusal to return the car and other damages. We are seeking at least $150,000." He added, "The value of the car is no less than $3,000 per day. My client repeatedly asked Tyga to return the car as agreed, but of course, Tyga opted to put his head in the sand." Benedict's team makes sure to file all the requirements and procedures for the rapper Tyga won't get away with his impropriety.
The "Rack City" artist has always been a fan of luxurious things and cars, that's why he keeps on bringing it in but always failed to keep it for long. As we try to look back, Tyga had his 2014 Maybach repossessed too. Aside from that, Tyga had been sued numerous of times with different issues but still has a connection with payments.
