'Pokemon Sun And Moon' Guide: Where To Find All Four Guardian Deities
“Pokemon Sun and Moon” has a total of four Guardian Deities that guard each of Alola Region’s islands. These Guardian Deities are considered legendary Pokemon that the players will eventually face in the later part of the game. The four Guardian Deities are Tapu Koko of Melemele island, Tapu Lele of Akala Island, Tapu Fini of Poni Island and Tapu Balu of Ula’ula island.
Each of these Deities can be found on their respective islands. However, getting to them is not that easy. First, players need to be the champion of Alola before they are accessible. Second, players must have a Pokemon over level 60 in order to defeat them. If the players have already reached this part of the game, go ahead and read on to get their exact locations.
Tapu Koko’s Location in Melemele Island
A cutscene should start as soon as the player becomes the champion of Alola Region. The cut scene shows Lillie telling the player to go to the Ruins of Conflict. Head to the place and touch the statue of Tapu Koko. This will trigger a battle with the legendary Pokemon.
Tapu Lele’s Location in Akala Island
Next stop is Tapu Lele in Akala Island. It can be found by going to the Ruins of Life by, again, touching the stone to trigger the start of the battle. Players must bring Machamp as they head to this island because they will need a ride to reach the Ruins.
Tapu Fini’s Location in Poni Island
Tapu Fini can be found in the Ruins of Hope. Reaching it is just like the other Deities wherein players need to touch the statue to activate the battle against the Pokemon. Like Tapu Lele, a Machamp to get a ride to reach it’s Ruins.
Tapu Bulu in Ula’ula Island
Then there is Tapu Bulu who is located in Ula’ula Island in the Ruins of Abundance. Again, players just need to touch the statue to start the battle with a level 60 Tapu Bulu. Among all the four Guardian Deity locations, this is probably the hardest so one tip to find it is to follow these direction guide from Haina Desert, Start with heading up, right, up, right, left then down and then up. Head to Route 13 then uses the road going north.
