'Stranger Things’ Season 2 News and Updates: New Members Coming To The Show
Season two, just like season 1 brings a lot of surprises for fans of Stranger Things. When a young boy disappears, his mother, the police chief and his friends were forced to confront terrifying forces in order to bring him back. In season 2 you will see more drama, more fantasy, and more horror. In 2017 the adventure continues.
Inquisitr reports that season 2 of “Strange Things”, there will be a few new members. Two new characters Max (Sadie Sink) and Billy (Dacre Montgomery), who will be siblings. The director of the series said they maybe will change the titles of the episodes saying he didn’t want them to reveal too much about the episodes. However, the first episode is called “Madmax” which gives us a slight insight into the character which describes her as strong confident girl whose plans, appearance and behavior is typical for a boy in this era. She has a complicated history and suspects everyone and everything around her, according to Hollywood reporter.
Due to the maturation of the young actors, season 2 will begin 12 months after the first season’s finale. The Duffer brothers said they will explain this time jump, but the viewers have to put some of the pieces together during the season 2, Yibada shares.
It is confirmed that Eleven (Millie Bobbie Brown) will be back in season 2, but Netflix declined to comment whether she will be back during the premiere or the later episodes. It is assumed that Eleven will show up in season 2 episode 7 “The Secret Cabin”, assuming she could be hiding there after the fight with Demogorgon. However, the fans will get to see Eleven again in season 2.
According to Christian Today, Brett Helman will join the “Stranger Things” team in season 2 as a reporter Murray Burman. He is one of the actors who will join the show in season 2. Murray, Gelman’s character used to be a reporter but now he is a conspiracy theorist. There are speculations that he arrives in Hawkins to investigate the MK Ultra project of Hawkins lab where Eleven’s mother, Terry Ives (Aimee Mullins) was experimented on which led Eleven to gain her abilities and to become part of the experiment as well.
