This year's celebration would probably be the most heartwarming and consoling Thanksgiving Day for Democratic leader, Hillary Clinton. This is as her neighbors flooded a street close to her home in Chappaqua, New York with banners thanking her for running as US President in the past elections. And what's most touching about this was, a 6-year-old boy led the tribute.

Liam, 6, was one of the most avid supporters Hillary Clinton had all throughout her campaign. According to a report by Politico, this boy both cheered and cried for Clinton during and after the elections. This little supporter's love for Clinton did not falter even after the latter failed to win the elections, Liam was reportedly saddened upon seeing that only a single signage was offered to Clinton as thanks for her fight.

The little boy's mother accounted how her son came up to this Thanksgiving tribute to Clinton, saying that the Democratic nominee is "probably even sadder" than him. So, he gathered his friends and invited them to make more signs as possible to hang near Clinton's home. Liam's project gained more participants and not only did they get signs sent through online, but several other supporters joined in on the activity. Others delivered their banners, while the others made their written thanks on the spot.

Hillary Clinton Fails Election, Wins People's Hearts

The Democratic frontrunner was, of course, awed with the overwhelming surprise given to her on one of the most important holidays of the year. She took to the micro-blogging site Twitter her appreciation and love to all her supporters who stayed by her side throughout.

In a report by the Telegraph, Clinton was the topic for a lot of sightings post-election. She was once spotted going around with her family in a local store in Chappaqua. Clinton's fans and supporters have intensified their support for her with seeing how openly she accepts her defeat to President-elect Donald Trump.

Although she has failed to win her election campaign, she obviously won the hearts of many. And that's something worth treasuring for the defeated candidate, something that would strengthen her for the other, bigger fights in her career.
