Take a Look at Pokemon Sun and Moon's Frustrating Pokemon Evolution
Pokemon fans have been sharing all over the internet on who they picked has the most frustrating evolution of all. The award goes to the Alolan Pokemon, Salandit.
Salandit, a poison and fire lizard Pokemon native to the Alola region is a common Pokemon found in the regions. For Pokemon Sun and Moon players, this Pokemon bags the most frustrating evolution award. Only THE FEMALE Salandit evolves into its evolutionary form, Salazzle at level 33. While it's not new for Pokemon to have gender-specific evolutions like Combee, the Nidoran family and Snorunt, Salandit's evolution mechanic frustrate players.
Based on Bulbapedia's entry, Salandit only has 12.5% chance of being found female in the wild. For completionist players, Salazzle is vital in completing their Pokedex. However, the female counterpart of this lizard proves to be very frustrating to get. With its low female ratio rate in the wild, players who managed to catch a female Salandit on their first few tries are considered lucky. They won't have to spend a tremendous amount of time looking for one.
Earlier this year, Salazzle's information had been leaked on the internet prior its release. Salazzle's overall design makes players work to acquire the elusive female Salandit. Salazzle's design resembles a bipedal lizard. The poison and fire lizard comes with a good set of moves such as Venoshock, Venom Drench and Dragon Pulse that can be learned after Salandit evolves. Salazzle is a good addition to a trainer's team but in order to do so, Pokemon fans must find the elusive female Salandit.
Fans took it upon the internet to share their thoughts on Salandit's evolution and expressed their frustrations of catching this elusive Pokemon.
