‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Season 13 News & Updates: Jo Is Faced With A Dilemma And Will Her Husband Finally Make An Appearance At The Winter Season Finale?
Premiered more than a decade ago, “Grey’s Anatomy” is a popular medical drama that will end its thirteenth season next year. One of the biggest questions on fans’ minds right now as they wait in suspense for the winter finale is whether they will get to finally have a peek at Jo Wilson’s (Camilla Luddington) notorious husband.
According to Romper, it is likely that Jo Wilson’s abusive but charismatic husband will soon make a debut appearance on “Grey’s Anatomy”. Although in her interview with The Hollywood Reporter at the end of season 12, actress Camilla Luddington had informed that there were no talks of casting her character’s husband on the show, it might not be the case now. Many believe that there will, indeed, be a place on the show for Jo’s husband.
Due to a terrible misunderstanding, Alex Karev (Justin Chambers) had beaten up Andrew DeLuca thinking that he had slept with Jo in the “Grey’s Anatomy” Season 13 Episode 9. As a result, Alex is faced with a trial with the possibility of going to prison. Jo could get him off the hook by testifying to his innocence, however, the consequence of this is the potential of exposing herself to her husband whom she had been hiding from. Now, Jo is faced with a dilemma of either saving Alex from going to prison or keeping herself safe from her abusive husband.
In regards to Jo’s love life, Cosmopolitan believes that it is over between Jo and Alex. Cosmopolitan thinks that instead, love is in the air for Alex and Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) and seems to be rooting for this potential couple. This speculation stemmed from the fact that despite Alex’s chivalrous offer to protect Jo, the pair had never once said “I love you” to each other throughout the last episode. Furthermore, Alex and Meredith had been spending a lot of time together and their relationship has taken a more profound turn.
"Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 Episode 10 will air in January 19, 2017 on ABC.
