'How To Get Away With Murder' Winter Finale Spoilers: Who Is Under The Sheet? Revelation Is Game-Changing, HTGAWM Upcoming Season Unveils New Mystery
As the mystery of who's dead on "How To Get Away With Murder" was unveiled, fans were in for the most shocking HTGAWM reveal - who is under the sheet? Many believe that it would either be Frank, or Nate, and most probably not one of the Keating 5. Who kills one of the series' regulars? It wouldn't be possible, but oh boy were they wrong.
(SPOILER Alert! The following content reveals who is dead under the sheet on "How To Get Away With Murder" winter finale.)
The winter finale of "How To Get Away With Murder" started with Annalise testing her students to defend Ted Bundy in court, hypothetically, of course. The scene was interjected with the cliffhanger scene with Frank attempting to commit suicide, but convinced by Bonnie not to. So that's one character ticked off on who is under the sheet mystery.
ADA is looking to pin Annalise in the murder of Rebecca in "How To Get Away With Murder" season one. They got in a fight, which ended with Annalise walking out. Then, another momentous scene was Annalise drunk kissing Bonnie! After a fight with Nate, Annalise went on a drinking spree and the rest is history.
The episode of "How To Get Away With Murder" then moved to Wes disliking something Annalise had done, and reveals a flashback of authorities wanting to pin Rebecca's murder on Annalise. Bonnie had a different idea, though, she wanted Frank to take the blame for Rebecca's murder, which could save "everyone," meaning, her.
The scene of "How To Get Away With Murder" then moves into Nate walking into Annalise's house, then vodka near the fireplace, and Laurel entering Annalise's house to meet Wes. Then, suddenly, BANG! Annalise's house exploded. Then there were flash forwards of Bonnie calling Frank about Laurel's pregnancy. Then, there was another flash forward of Nate entering the morgue and unveiling the victim: Wes. Wes is dead.
The death of one of the Keating 5 wasn't easy, said creator Pete Nowalk, putting off the decision as long as he could. But, his death might not be the end of the character as a new mystery unveils in the next season - who killed Wes? While Pete hasn't decided who yet, the writer admits that he still has four episodes to write. So, that's that. The murderer could be anyone.
"How To Get Away With Murder" returns on January 19, 2016, at 10:00PM on ABC.
