The series "Orange is the New Black" has been one of the most resounding puns that were used after the election result was announced. Could it be just a coincidence that President-elect Donald Trump's new Chief Adviser Steve Bannon looks suspiciously like Officer Sam Healy from the TV series?

According to Marie Claire, Bannon is a man described as "terrifying" by was Glenn Beck, a conservative political commentator and media personality. To match this remark given by Beck, the character Healy in the TV series also has some undesirable traits.

One of the ways that the two are so much alike is their appearance. Both Healy and Bannon are in their sixties, with silver-white hair, and round facial features. Due to the extreme similarities, Bannon may change his Facebook profile picture with Healy without anyone noticing.

Another similarity is their suspicion of lesbians. In the pilot episode of "Orange Is The New Black", Officer Healy advises Protagonist Piper Chapman to stay away from all the lesbians saying, "Lesbians can be very dangerous." Bannon shares this attribute when he called them in a radio interview as a "bunch of dykes". Bannon also administers Breitbart headlines like "Dear Straight People: I'm Officially Giving You Permission to Say Gay, Faggot, and Queer".

Third reason is both of them would prefer not to listen to women's views regarding women's issues. In the series, there are flashbacks that narrate Officer Healy's life outside the prison to explain why he hates women so much, and it showed that he just does. Similarly, Bannon annoyingly expressed his take on women getting pregnant immediately, writing, "Condoms? Vasectomies? The answer is nothing. We need the kids if we're to breed enough to keep the Muslim invaders at bay."

Neither of them also believes in global warming. Healy believes that global warming is just a popular fiction, while Bannon called Breitbart's coverage about climate change a "hoax that costs us $4 billion a day" and "the greatest-ever conspiracy against taxpayer".

Lastly, both of them are threatened by black women in positions of power. In the third season of the series, Healy loathes a new colleague, a black female corrections officer. Breitbart, on the other hand, covered First Lady Michelle Obama by self-defining what she said and using the cost of her dress a sarcastic headline.

Other similarities of these two undesirable are described in more detail in a news by Marie Claire.
