'New Girl' Season 6 Episode 6 Recap: Jess & Robby Finally Went On A Date, What Happened?

"New Girl" is among the TV Series now competing for limelight. Just recently, "New "Girl" Season 6 Episode 6 was released, which fans find very exciting, emotional and captivating. The biggest news is that Jess (Zooey Deschanel) is ready to date again. Although she's theoretically ready, she still finds it hard since both Robby (Nelson Franklin) and her just wants to get real fun. Then there comes Nick (Jake Johnson) who always tries to get her attention.

According to some reports, Jess and Robby finally had their long awaited date at "Birthday" restaurant which turns out to be a noisy place because of continuous singing of birthday songs. After the date, Robby tried to kiss Jess, but she turned him down by giving him an awkward handshake The next day, Robby asked Jess for an apology. Turns out, Jess felt the same way and shared she lost confidence.

Robby and Jess got another chance to redeem themselves from that awkward incident, Entertainment Weekly reports. Jess tried to  give Robby a kiss while he was lifting weights, but turned out a disaster. The weights smashed Jess and Robby dropped the weight on himself.

Jess can't figure out  the best way to tell him that she doesn't feel a romantic connection between them. The episode ends where Jess continues to pretend that she cares for Robby, at least until he starts walking again.

Meanwhile, Winston (Lamorne Morris), can't imagine why beautiful ladies are all over him lately. Cece (Hannah Simone),  tells him it's because women cherish confidence andthat his self-esteem has obviously increased since he had a girlfriend. Winston, asked for Nick's help to   bring down his confidence level so that the ladies would stay away and he won't be unable to cheat on his girlfriend.

"New Girl" Season 6 Episode 7 will air on November 22.
