'Rogue 1': A Star Wars Story: Updates, Reviews and Spoilers: An Adventure Packed Episode
Some say that" Rogue 1" is just an irrelevant story on the sideline; that it doesn't fit in scenes of the major episodes that came before and after. Not so, Rogue 1: A Star Wars Story promises of Fun and Adventure.
The story revolves around a mission to steal the construction plans of the death Star. A soldier and a criminal caught by the evil Galactic Empire by the name of Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones) is recruited by the rebel alliance and is tasked to steal the plans as commanded by a defecting imperial Officer to the rebel alliance called Mon Mothma (Genevieve O'Reily). The imperial officer provided the Rebel Alliance with vital information on the development of a new weapon that could obliterate planets when fired to it.
Jyn should have that important construction plan of the death star delivered to the Rebel Alliance. Once the plans are in their hands, they could devise a strategy on how to deploy their missiles on the main core of the Death Star.
"In Rogue 1", Jyn Erso had help from the rebels, a master swordsman, and non-allied forces. Although she is used to working alone, she cannot steal the Death Star construction Plans by herself.
"Rogue 1" is on a timeline set after Episode III - Revenge of the Sith and a little earlier than Episode 4 - A New Hope. In this film, Darth Vader will be used and so will James Earl Jones voice over be, according to IMDb. Great storylines are embedded in this episode that viewers will find interesting. The production did a good job in bringing a vivid imagination to life for all the Star Wars fans out there.
"Rogue 1" will be a good movie in overall expectations. It already had received an award as the Teen Choice Awardee 2016.
