'Dishonored 2' Named By Some Gamers As Best & Finest Game In 2016 But Game's Sales In UK Says Otherwise

The reviews for "Dishonored 2" are finally out following its release late last week on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms. Some long-time gamers were fast to commend that the game is one of the best games in year 2016 by far.

Wired describes how "Dishonored 2" game world is way better than the other games available in the market. In the game, players will witness the effect of The Void to the game's two protagonists: Corvo Attano and his daughter Empress Emily Kaldwin. Corvo has three maginificent powers to note: he can teleport, stop time and lure rats to scare away his enemies. Emily, on the other hand, can summon dark elements to her advantage, can turn into a living shadow and can go through Void energy.

Because of these extreme and powerful capabilities the two protagonists have, gamers are lured through curiosity to "Dishonored 2's" game story line. It can be recalled that in the game's 2012 version, they had the same goal - to keep players curious - until the version fell short of the gamers' expectations. The developers had to find a way to make things much worse. Then came "Chaos", one of the game's system which makes the city of Dunwall more chaotic every time the protagonist does something wrong.

This time, the second installment of Dishonored is set to a place called Karnaca, Pocket Lint's review notes. The report notes how the place is more detailed than the earlier released system Chaos. The setting has a Mediterranean feel but with a hind shadow of unfriendliness, specifically the places which are not well guarded and are dominated by what the game calls as "Howlers".

Despite these good reviews, early reports of "Dishonored 2" release in the United Kingdom recorded a dip compared to its first release. Game Rant says it had a 40 percent difference than the first "Dishonored" game.
