Taylor Swift News: 'Shake it Off' Singer Gets Help From Drake On New Album; Rihanna Worried?
With her aim to grow as an artist and try something different, "Shake it Off" singer Taylor Swift seeks help from her new friend, Drake.
Taylor Swift has conquered country music, done dubstep and pop music. Now, the "Bad Blood" singer will be trying hip-hop on her upcoming album. And since her new friend Drake, who was recently rumored to be collaborating with her is into hip- hop music, Taylor Swift may have consulted Drake for help.
According to a report from The Sun, a source told them that Taylor is always looking for ways to grow as an artist and wanted to always try something different and unexpected for her next album and that the "Blank Space" singer is not afraid of experimenting as well as working with different artists to see if she "suits a new sound."
The news site also quoted, "The remix of her song Bad Blood had a less pop vibe - especially once Kendrick Lamar featured on it - and was a big hit, so she thinks her fans will like her going in this direction."
Taylor Swift is not new to switching genres when it comes to her music. She started off her career by introducing us to her country songs and has introduced some hip- hop into her tracks when she worked with Kendrick for her "Bad Blood" remix, Complex reports.
Complex also reported that Taylor Swift was spotted on Drake's 30th birthday party held in Los Angeles which followed by rumors that both the artists were actually collaborating on a new music together. The issue also resulted to "Work" singer Rihanna warning Taylor Swift to stay away from Drake or she will be writing songs about him until she's 100.
An insider, according to The Sun stated that Taylor and Drake share a real connection over their love for music and get along very well. The insider also revealed that Taylor have met Drake's parents at a recent birthday party.
The news site, however has cleared that according to a source close to Taylor said that both the singers are simply good friends.
