Second, this debunks the rumors that Prepon and "Orange is the New Black" protagonist Taylor Schilling, who plays Piper Chapman, has some behind the scenes drama going on that caused production delays on the set.
Who will be back?
As the cliffhanger episode of "Orange is the New Black" season 4, some fates of the Litchfield girls are uncertain. Dashca Polanco, who played Dayanara Diaz, left the audience in wonder if she really pulled the trigger to the prison guard.
According to Polanco in an interview, she might have pulled the trigger due to the emotional baggage she's carrying all throughout the season. This means that she might have been sent to the maximum security.
No words are still out if audiences will see other inmates in the max like Lolly (Lori Petty), Stella (Ruby Rose), and Miss Claudette (Michelle Hurst).
In "Orange is the New Black" Season 5 Prepon, Schilling, Michael Harney (Sam Healy), Danielle Brooks (Taystee Jefferson), Uzo Aduba (Suzanne "Crazy Eyes" Warren), and Kate Mulgrew (Red) will reprise their roles again.
New cast members will surely be added again as Litchfield has gone bonanza more under Joe Caputo's administration, especially that it left a lot of questions.
There is still no words from Netflix about the "Orange is the New Black" series release but the show is expected to be seen again on June 2017, the same month OitNB is released every year.
