Taylor Swift's Alleged Groping Incident Photo VS Colorado DJ Leaked
A photo of the alleged groping incident in Taylor Swift's sexual lawsuit against a Colorado DJ was leaked last Saturday morning. In the photo, the singer was seen standing with a woman and DJ David Mueller while his right hand is placed behind Swift. It was in the year 2013 when Swift accused Mueller of groping her.
Just last October, the Judge grants Swift the privacy to hide photos of the incident from the public until the trial has completed. The singer said that these photos are "extremely personal and sensitive." On the other hand, Swift was denied of her request to withhold some other evidence, including the statement she gave last July.
In her deposition, Swift described how the incident transpired "Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up to my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there." Swift added that she felt totally "violated" and that she was "stunned."
To come to her defense, her security guard Greg Dent recalled the incident and said "Well, before the photo was taken is when I saw him go to put his arm around her and he lift up her skirt. She reacted, pushed her skirt down, and jumped to the side and went closer to the girl that was with him."
On the other hand, Mueller also filed a lawsuit against Swift last October 2015. He denied the allegations and said that these were merely "false accusations" which have caused him his job. He further exposed that it was one of his superiors at the station who did the assault.
In response to the suit filed by Mueller, Swift also issued a countersuit for assault and battery. The singer demanded for a jury trial and promised that any money won from the trial would be donated to charitable organizations that protect women from sexual assaults.
