'Vikings' Season 4 Part 2 Air Date, Spoilers, News & Update: Ivar The Boneless Next To The Throne? Series Renewed For Season 5!
Ragnar Lothbrook's (Travis Fimmel) son, Ivar the Boneless (Alex Hogh Anderson) is going to have a transformation in the upcoming "Vikings" Season 4 Part 2.
According to a report in Jobs & Hire, Ivar is the favorite son of Ragnar and is being built up as a king in "Vikings" Season 4. When Ragnar comes back to Kategatt, he encourages his son, Ivar to take on the role as king and train him. He also tries to win over the love of his son who hates him so much.
The transformation of Ivar the Boneless may start once Ragnar comes back to Kategatt after trying to defeat Rollo (Clive Standen) in "Vikings" Season 4. Ivar is the son of Ragnar Lothbrook and Queen Aslaug (Alyssa Sutherland).
It already has been reported in News Everyday that once Ragnar comes back, he seems to have grown older in time in "Vikings" Season 4 Part 2. On Ragnar's return a significant time-jump for several years already happened. So he meets up his son who is all grown-up.
Lagertha (Katheryn Winnick) will be fighting for the throne as she is the ex-wife of Ragnar in "Vikings" Season 4 part 2. There is going to be a battle between Lagertha and Queen Aslaug once the season returns.
Meanwhile, "Vikings" is already renewed for Season 5 according to a report in Jobs & Hire. It is speculated that Lagertha may not join the next season since she has been stabbed on the chest in Season 4 while in battle.
However, series creator Michael Hirst shares that it is not going to be the end of Lagertha. Hirst states that Lagertha has always been the soul of "Vikings" series. It is likely that Lagertha is going to be alive and will still be the great shieldmaiden as the series moves along.
"Vikings" Season 4 Part 2 airs on November 30,2016.
