The movie will be seen on big screen next year, specifically premiere on March 31, 2017. Can they meet the expectations of well-loved fans from popular Asian manga to Hollywood adaptation?
The human-cyborg hybrid is part of an elite task Sec. 9 who leads an anti-terrorist force. The Elite Force purpose is to face the most wanted criminals and as well as extremists, Section 9 will face an enemy who can wipe them in an instant through the advancement evolving of the cyber technology.
A sneak-peek for the fans, Paramount recently released thirteen seconds teaser trailer of "Ghost in the Shell" featuring the bad ass looking human-cyborg hybrid Scarlett Johansson wearing a skin-toned elastic cyber suit.
From the new behind the scenes videos featured below, Scarlett Johansson is on heat firing battle at the enemies. The video also includes what her daughter had to say to her new role and Scarlett Johansson joked that her daughter (Rose) doesn't approve the new role. Even if Rose doesn't approve the role of her mother it still has a big lesson from "Ghost in the Shell", Scarlett Johansson says, "I think more than anything, I want my daughter to feel comfortable taking risks. Sometimes you fail, but when you win, it's awesome."
The cast of "Ghost in the Shell" will have a variety of nationalities from American, British, Chinese and Japanese. The cast includes Juliette Binoche as Dr. Ouelet, Beat Takeshi Kitano as Daisuke Aramaki, Michael Pitt as Kuze and Pilou Asbaek as Batou. The members of elite force Section 9 team are Tuwanda Manyimo, Yutaka Izumihara, Danusia Samal, Lasarus Ratuere and Chin Han.
