Mark Salling Glee Star is Again on the Center of a Celebrity Scandal
After the Child Pornography accusation, Mark Salling is under investigation for raping a woman she used to date four years ago. Los Angeles County District is doing the investigation, and they are evaluating if Salling should be charged or not.
Published by Celebrity Gossip, the Glee Star was already charged two counts for Child Pornography. If proven guilty, Salling will be sentenced 40 years in prison which the case will be brought to court in the later days.
With $150,000 bail, Salling is free but has a 100-meter restriction from children gather together such as schools and parks. Along with this, he is wearing a GPS-monitored device and must update his activity to Federal officers such as internet use. He is also required to give his passport to the court and never use illegal drugs.
On the rape scandal Salling is facing, the 22-year-old woman who has not been identified said they were dating. On Page Six, it was said that they got intimate and were preparing to have sex, but she changed her mind. The star did not accept the refusal and pushed himself for the carnal matter, the woman claimed.
The legal definition of rape in the international context is when having sex without the carnal knowledge or consent of a woman. The clasp of the accusation, however, raises the question of why the accusation came in late. It was learned that they used to date almost five years ago and that the incident happened.
