'American Horror Story' Season 6 Episode 8 Recap: Bloodbath Continues

"American Horror Story" Season 6 Episode 8 has recently aired and fans are being shocked as more twist and surprises unfold before them.

Vulture brings information on the development of the series. Audrey (Sarah Paulson), Monet (Angela Bassett), and Lee (Adina Porter) remain hostages of the Polks. The weed growing, cannibal couples have been torturing their victims to level of full exhaustion. This did not stop Lee from escaping, though. Even though she has a big piece of her leg missing, she managed to gather up the strength and courage to run away.

Following the dream of meeting her daughter once again, she is ready to go through anything to make it a reality. That is where she drew her strength from, as she was running away from the Polks.

Inquisitr’s review of the episode shines some more light on Lee’s escape. Jether kept on torturing Lee, but allowed her to make a farewell video recording for her daughter. In this recording, she confessed to murdering her husband, which apparently was the turn point of the episode. The reason behind the murder of her husband is that she was afraid he might take her daughter away from her.

Jether tried seducing Lee, to which she played along, until she got the right opportunity to grasp her freedom. Having murdered before, for her it was not hard to stab Jether in the neck and run away from him.

Entertainment Weekly also shares that Lee manages to save Audrey from her torturer. They manage to escape in the woods, with the sun rising above them. They are sure they can escape and that is when Lee remembers her confession is still recorded on the tape. She tells Audrey they should go back and retrieve the tape of them murdering the Polks, even though Audrey objects that they would never be convicted for murdering them, Lee, realizing that she has an actual chance of survival, knows that it may all be in vain, if the tape gets in the hands of the police.

“American Horror Story” Season 6 Episode 9 is expected to air on 9 November on FX.
