DJ David "Jackson" Mueller was accused by Taylor Swift of alleged groping incident. Taylor Swift filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Mueller. It was a countersuit to Mueller's lawsuit filed against Taylor Swift in September 2015. In which, he claims to be falsely accused by the singer.

According to Swift, the alleged incident happened during a photo op backstage at a Denver concert. Swift says she was taking a picture with the DJ and his female companion when he suddenly lifted her skirt and started violating her.

"A strange man's hand just lifted up my skirt," Swift says in the just-released testimony. Taylor Swift said she felt violated and distressed after what happened to her.

"Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, Mueller took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there...it was completely intentional, I've never been so sure of anything in my life," Taylor Swift recalled.

What was supposed to be just a meet and greet for the fans, had become the most traumatic event for Taylor Swift. She said that she can't confront Mueller that time because there are other fans in the room. So she just stared at the ground and do nothing about it. Colorado judge said that the photo should remain sealed from the public until the case goes to trial.

However, Mueller still denied that he did the alleged incident Taylor Swift accusing her. He was just moving her hands and he didn't touch her with inappropriate manner. He would have apologized . If he indeed touch her.

Taylor Swift said that if she ever wins the countersuit, she will donate the money to charities that protecting woman from sexual assault.
