Mariah Carey Wants It All; At Least $50 Million For New Negotiating Settlement With James Packer

Mariah Carey wants James Packer to pay her $50million for all of her troubles. According to TMZ, there has been more than one episode when she felt emotionally and financially betrayed by Packer. She claims that he cost her too much money. Mariah remembers times like when she had to move from New York to L.A. so he could be closer to their kids.

That's partly the main reason of this amount requested by her, but now he's dropping out her of the Beverly Hills home where they lived together, according to TMZ News article.

One of the incidents that caused Mariah to demand this amount is when James got involved in a situation together with his assistant while they were in Greece. This event made her cancel her concert tour in South America.

Reports are saying that  that the couple is negotiating on how they are going to divide and liquidate their assets and that Mariah has been booted out of the Beverly Hills Mansion. Allegedly, Mariah won't leave until the billionaire buys her a new mansion in the Los Angeles area - all part of the negotiations for the settlement.

Closest friends of the couple revealed that one of the causes of this divorce could be Packer's association with Scientology. Mariah allegedly said that since he began getting close to the people in the group, he had changed. She claims that this has influenced him negatively. Spectators can't help but compare this to what happened to Tom Cruise and wife Katie Holmes.

Recent photos of the singer reveal the celebrity hotspot in Malibu, catching up with friends still wearing her $10 million engagement ring. She's also seen hanging out with her choreographer and dancer Bryan Tanaka, who's been known to be one of the causes of Packer's jealousy issues.
