Just two weeks ago, when an intruder name Shaun Haywood, 29, has been going near the Kerr's Malibu property and the bloody incident happened. Some people saw the intruder jump over the fence on Kerr's property and slashed the security guard in the eye before giving a shot on the head.

The security inside Kerr's home is now more alert and the protection has been increased on the model's property. It sounds crazy, but according to news, Haywood told the police that he had been traveling for a thousand years as a spirit for some reason he wanted to meet a free spirit like Miranda Kerr.

A spokesperson for the LA County Sheriff's Department confirmed at that time: "The security guard drew a weapon and fired three to four rounds, hitting the suspect in the face and upper torso area."

As of the moment, a judge issues a protective order for the intruder Haywood to stay away from the model Miranda Kerr. No intruder problem for now but he's still in police custody. He got three felony offenses - attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated mayhem. If Haywood is found guilty of all the offenses filed he will face life in prison.
