US President Obama To Donald Trump: 'At Least, I Will Go Down As President!'
U.S. President Barack Obama assured all the audience, particularly, Republican nominee for President, Donald Trump, that he will go down as a president, in response to Trump's tweet. The first U.S. black president appeared as a guest in Monday night's show Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Monday night's guesting at Jimmy Kimmel Live was President Obama's second time of joining a second wave of reading Presidential mean tweets. The tweets, which came from different Twitter users, sounded hilarious when read by the president.
One tweet that earned laughter from on-stage audience was a criticism about the U.S. leader's dancing skills. "Barack Obama dances like how his jeans look," President Barack Obama read the tweet. "You know, this jeans thing, this is so old. This is years ago. Come on," the lawyer president replied which drew more laughter.
The show got hotter and more fun as the two-termer president was blamed even for stupid and senseless things. A tweet was read, saying, "My mom bought new conditioner and it sucks, it isn't even conditioning my hair. I blame Obama." Needless to say, many of the tweets were posted in jest as their intention was for Jimmy Kimmel Live! Show.
But perhaps not for the Republican presidential contender who joined in tweeting mean things to President Obama with Trump's usual foul words. Nonetheless, the U.S. President was witty in his replies.
"President Obama will go down as perhaps the worst president in the history of the United States!" real estate mogul tweeted. "Well, @realDonaldTrump, at least, I will go down as a president," President Obama answered in a slow-motion tone as posted on THR.
Jimmy Kimmel Live show went into more serious matters after the president read the tweets. The elections, which will be held in 12 days, became a crispy topic and according to the president as quoted on ET Online, his contenders during the last elections were all honorable men that had they won, then he would not worry about the general course of the country.
President Obama jokingly said it is useful that he is not allowed to run a third term, otherwise, the First Lady Michelle Obama would divorce him. Donald Trump has been a subject of parody in an attempt to educate the U.S. electorate.
