'Dark Souls III' DLC Is Finally Out; The Dark Souls 3: Ashes of Ariandel Was Accidentally Released By Bandai Namco

Bandai Namco has already released the new "Dark Souls III": Ashes of Ariandel DLC. The DLC was launched first on PC and right after a few a hours, It was out on PS4 and Xbox One game console.

According to the VG247, the new "Dark Souls III": Ashes of Ariandel DLC is included in the "Dark Souls III" season pass. Season pass owners can directly download the DLC from the Playstation Network, Xbox Market or from Steam. However, the DLC can be purchased for $14.99 only.

In a report made by the Cinema Blend, a few days ago, it seems that Bandai Namco accidentally released the "Dark Souls III": Ashes of Ariandel DLC. It was reported that due to logistical error, the download button for the "Dark Souls 3": Ashes of Ariandel DLC was activated and was eventually playable.

At first, several players around the world thought that it was a hoax, until Gamespot tested the said leaked "Dark Souls III": Ashes of Ariandel DLC. It is confirmed that the DLC is active. Having this issue, Bandai Namco decides to release the "Dark Souls 3": Ashes of Ariandel DLC earlier than expected.

The new "Dark Souls III": Ashes of Ariandel DLC features a massive list of new weapons and armors. As per the IB Times review, the "Dark Souls III": Ashes of Ariandel DLC also includes 2 new bosses and a couple of new locations.

The "Dark Souls III": Ashes of Ariandel DLC will be providing extra few hours of play with new quests and missions as the Bandai Namco Vice President Eric Hartness said. New challenges via online play was also added.

Bandai Namco confirmed that the "Dark Souls 3": Ashes of Ariandel DLC is just one of the two planned DLC. The Dark Souls 3 DLC is expected to release early 2017.
