Reports about Teen Wolf Season 6 say it had to take a break after one of its stars, Dylan O'Brien, had to take a rest from being injured in the filming of the movie, "Maze Runner 3".

There are unofficial accounts from Mobile & Apps which say that Dylan O'Brien is requesting that he will be given less action scenes in "Teen Wolf" Season 6 because of the injury he incurred and because of the trauma he experienced from the near-death encounter.

Producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura also gave updates about the actor's recent condition after the incident. He told The Hollywood Reporter that Dylan is "all better." He also described how bad the mishap was, saying "It was more than disconcerting. I never saw him in his worst form, but it was described to me. It was really scary. He came close to dying, I'm pretty sure. It was enough to shake your core." Despite the bad experience, Dylan O'Brien promised to be back for "Teen Wolf" Season 6.

Showrunner Jeff Davis also made a statement and told Entertainment Weekly that the actor's character, Stiles Stilinski is a very big character in "Teen Wolf" Season 6 because most of the mysteries that will arise revolve around him. "We're going to see just what Stiles' friendship means to Scott, Lydia, and Malia. We're going to see why exactly he's Scott's best friend, what it means that he's Malia's human anchor, and what his will-they-or-won't-they relationship is with Lydia," he added.

"Teen Wolf" is based on a film with the same name showed in year 1985. It follows the story of a teenager named Scott McCall who was bitten by a werewolf and who constantly struggles to make his life normal despite the challenges of having to deal with his new identity as a teen wolf. "Teen Wolf" is slated to return this fall on MTV.
