Selena Gomez Spotted On A Cigarette Break From Tennessee Rehab Center
Selena Gomez, 24, has been recovering at a Tennessee treatment facility since announcing August 30 that she was taking a break to manage "anxiety, panic attacks and depression." Gomez singer canceled 34 remaining dates on her "Revival" world tour as a result. She voluntarily spent time in an Arizona facility at the beginning of 2014, as well.
In photos shared by the Daily Mail on October 18, Selena Gomez was seen in a white hoodie while other photos showed a partial image of a woman with a cigarette in her hand. In the description of the images, Gomez was named as the woman smoking cigarette. However, although it may have seemed that the hand photographed with the cigarette belonged to Selena Gomez, an online message to fans suggested that it was actually someone else at the facility.

One year after being diagnosed with the chronic autoimmune disease, Hollywood Life! reported that Gomez also stopped working on new music. "She was supposed to be recording, but she hasn't told anyone when she'll be back in studio," a music industry source explains. In the weeks since Selena Gomez entered rehab, she has been spotted outside the facility on several occasions. Selena Gomez's final "Revival World Tour" took place on August 13 in Auckland, New Zealand. No word yet on whether or not Selena Gomez will reschedule her canceled shows.
While focusing on her recovery, Gomez has been spending time with family. She stopped at Alcoa, Tennessee's Texas Roadhouse for dinner with her mom and stepfather, Brian Teefey, October 8. The next day, Gomez and her grandparents had breakfast at the Riverstone Restaurant in Townsend, Tennessee. She was seen laughing a lot with them while she was eating and seemed happy and relax.
